That's exactly what I was thinking. I agree that attacking computer 
systems is more harmful to the nation as a whole than attacking 
structures or populous areas, but I don't understand why we suddenly 
need to panic about it now. Big business and other services managed with 
little or no access to the internet within my own lifetime; they can do 
it again, though admittedly things would be less quick and convenient 
than we've come to expect.
