For documentation on Nexus 7 accessibility, visit:
http://support.google.com/nexus/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=2692467

The nexus keyboard is accessible, but it works like the iPhone touch
type mode. You enter/type a letter by sliding your finger to it and
lifting the finger from the screen. If you don't want to type any
letters, you slide your finger off the keyboard to a different part of
the screen.

If you have other questions, I'd be happy to answer them.
