When I was new to Voiceover, I found the first couple of chapters 
overwhelming--too much information, not enough tutorials. I read them 
anyway, jotting down a few commands that seemed important to me. Then I 
read the later chapters more carefully, the ones that focused on 
specific apps. That made learning the OS more concrete for me, and I 
could then go back to the earlier chapters.
