Subject: Ketling Research Institute

Colleagues, I am trying to remember the exact name for a research institute
called something like:

Ketling Research Institute or Keteling Research Institute

But I cannot remember the precise name, and I cannot get close enough to
find it on Google. So, can any of you help They have done quite a bit of
research related to blind useable devices as I recall, and I have been on
their website, but it has been a long time ago.

Can anyone here help?

Ron, K8HSY
