Hey guys,

What's the verdict on the altest baofeng radios?  I ehar they are somewhat
accessible, but software is the million dollar question.
I actually have the rt systems software for my uv5r.  Will they program the
new baofengs?
Is the uv82 the altest 2/220 radio?
