I just worked zm90dx on 10 cw running 100 watts cw on the 80 zepp on 28.040.
This is a very cool special event award.  Open to hams and swls.
You have to accumulate 90 points by working or hearing the station on 
multiple bands and multiple modes.
I guess it is running through April of 2014.
