Matt Vollbrecht is a regular contributor to the Peel the Apple 
discussion group. I make it my business to read as many of his messages 
as my time allows, because his answers are well-written and the guy 
definitely knows his stuff when it comes to both OS X and iOS. He has 
just launched a new Web site where he has, among other things, some free 
training tutorials including a 130-minute intro to iOS and a two-part 
intro to the Mac. So far, I am finding his materials most helpful and it 
is likely that you will also.
