Harry,

Press insert  F2. Go to settings center. Press enter on it. Tab once to the Treeview an arrow to web/HTML closed. Right arrow to open it.  Somewhere in there will be, "say blank lines quote,  Press space To Toggle  it off. Tab two okay and Press  Enter. Close the window and save changes.
