Hi All,

Lately I hear silence when I activate the link for listening to an audio
sample on the Audible.com site. This was working fine for me until a
couple of weeks ago. I'm using firefox, but I had the same issue when I
tried hearing the samples in Internet Explorer.

I'm sure I did something to mess things up. I updated Flash, Java, and
one or two other things around the time I started having the problem,
but I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting. Sound is working fine
in things like YouTube, so it doesn't seem to be a general sound issue.

I'm running Windows 8.1, current Jaws and NVDA, current Firefox and
Internet Explorer.

any ideas?

Ciao
