Hi All,

A friend of mine is having trouble with Outlook. His unread messages go
to a mailbox called Unread messages or something like that. Once he
reads them, they disappear, but when he goes to his inbox, they're not
there either. Where does he find his messages, and how can he get them
to his inbox?

I thought maybe he needed to change something in the View menu, but when
we went through the settings together, nothing jumped out at me as being
the right thing to change. autopreview is unchecked, and in Current
View, an option that says something about flagged and unread messages is
unavailable.

He's using Jaws 15 and Windows 7. I don't remember what version of
Outlook he's got.

Thanks.

Ciao
