Hi Nelson. This problem is normally caused because the file being saved does not get saved properly. There is a kesrepair utility in the diags folder you can use to try to recover the file. Put it and the file into a folder and see if the pages can be recovered. 
Another idea, for future use, is to tell your antivirus program not to monitor the Kurz well educational systems folder under my documents.
