Hi to all.

I wonder if anyone can help me with this one. I am using Cox' webmail system on a computer with JAWS 15 with the latest updates and Internet Explorer 7. My problem is that when I go to attach items from My Documents to my emails, Internet Explorer completely shuts down. It only sees the folders where the files are but for some reason I am being blocked from attaching the files themselves.

This didn't used to be a problem--up until a week ago, I had no problems attaching files (which was the last time I tried doing it before this morning). However, when I was attaching files a week ago, JAWS would attach the file but send me a warning message I was unable to read each time I arrowed to the next Word document.

I should also mention that I am running Dropbox on this system in case that may be my culprit. While I am still able to copy text from files and send the information that way, I am no longer able to attach files. Thank you in advance for any assistance you can offer--I need to be able to send attachments as part of my braille proofreading job.
