Hello VICUG members,
I purchased a new Asus Computer this past September with Windows 7 and
have FireFox as my primary browser. My former computer was a refurbed
Dell from Computers For The Blind and died at 11-years-old.

The Asus goes into sleep mode automatically if not used for a given
period of time. Pressing any key wakes it, and I can usually hear it
start-up. The Dell computer had the option to go into low power mode
which I understand overall did not work in the industry.
Off record, Hello to Deborah Kendrick. We met perhaps on a Ski For
Light week back in 1980, and I have read your articles on occasion in
"Access World."

-I am wondering if anyone here is a freelance writer working for any
of the big companies like Upwork, TextBroker, or other? I am looking
for a new writing gig, TextBroker has become to sporadic.
