Yep, I could tell you stories about those people in Las Vegas.  Knew a 
guy who put up a basket ball hoop on his garrage and all the neighbor 
kids loved it.  It gave them exercize and something to do.  Some son and 
so complained and he had to take it down, was against h o a rules.
