Yes, The Kenwood TMV71A speaks pretty much everything when you 
have theVGS-1 installed.  It's a great mobile or base rig.  A 
number of people on this list own them.  Jim WA6EKS

Hi,
Are theree any two meter rigs that speak the frequency and tones 
and so forth?
What two meter rigs do you all find to be most accessible for 
blind hams?
it doesn't have to be hand held.
