Steve, yes I still use the software and love it. I can operate my radio
speech free, so no synth to listen to while I'm on the radio. It won't show
every option available on the 590, but it will show the processor in and out
levels along with most other fields of interest. It also has a pretty good
documentation file if I do say so myself.
I will say that it works best with a braille display, which is what I mainly
designed it for. I use JAWS and a packmate 40 cell display.
I'll send it to you in a .zip file in a separate email.

Subject: TS-2000 control software from list member
Unless I'm hallucinating, I remember someone from the list did some
control software for the TS-2000. My 2000 has the flakey multi
function knob problem. Makes it impossible to count clicks when
setting things like power, comp, mic gain, etc.
The last free version of HRD lets me see and change power and mic
gain, but can't find comp in and out settings.
Is the other software still around? Can I see comp in and out numbers?
I don't necessarily need to make the changes in software, just so I
can confirm what is happening with the erratic control knob.
