The easiest way to do that I would think besides a telephone pickup on the earpiece, which would work fine, is to get a Kenwood speakermic, most of those have an earphone jack that accepts a standard  plug. also radio shack has an adaptor that may work as well, if the plastic is small enough to fit, which should be fine. What are you trying to get front he radio? I have one as well, come on Skype and we can talk about it. i am sure i can help :)
