Actually, only pins 1,2,3, and 6 are used in 10BaseT
but you can connect the remainders if you want:

1       >       3
2       >       6
3       >       1
4       >       4
5       >       5
6       >       2
7       >       7
8       >       8

Try that...[essentially, you are crossing the send/receive wires]
