Hello to all--
 
I'm going to be moving to Charlotte, North Carolina at the end of May and
was wondering if anyone knew of a gastroenterologist and/or a nutritionist
who is familiar with celiac disease.  Also, I'd love to hear about any "must
visit" restaurants or specialty food stores.  Thanks so much.
