I live alone so use half a bag at a time - I've found if you put it in a kettle with about 1/2 cup water or even more and slowly cook it, it's better than following the directions.  Just my take on a good product.  Their 28 oz lasagna that bakes in the oven is great - don't like the small microwavable one at all.  Walmart is the only store I've found that carries the 28 oz size.
