John, on a machine running JFW, it is a JFW issue because it's controlled 
through the insert/jaws key plus V command and it has to do with forms mode.
So I don't know how it could be a web browser issue when JFW clearly 
controls it.
It's called auto complete, and I would imagine win eyes has some kind of 
toggle to turn that on and off within an edit field.
