Bob:
I'd recommend using Outlook, rather than Outlook Express on your new vista
computer, especially if you have used Outlook before.
If you e-mail me off list, I'll send you some instructions I have for
exporting Outlook Express address books onto a media storage device like a
thumb drive, and a set of instructions for importing those address files
into Outlook from there.
I'm not an expert on these things, so if others on the list have suggestions
that might work better, please feel free to take them. I promise, I won't
be offended! (smile)

Good,Tom. In a few days, I will be trashing my old XP computer for this
Vista and need to copy my Address Book from there to here. Would you be
willing to write me with the basic information on where Address Book files
are stored? I am using Outlook Express on that computer but if it is
easier, I can transfer them to Outlook first as I have done that before.
Thanks!
Bob
