I'm not sure whether I can help you here, since I use the rig interface in
the software with my TS590.

Perhaps others can assist.

If not, maybe I can figure out a way to disable the rig interface, and try
to make the adjustments manually.

I simply have never done so with AC Log, in the few months I've been using
it.

Subject: The N3FGP Combo Boxes Again

Does anyone other than me have problems getting the band and mode combo
boxes in Amateur Contact Log to change with the up and down arrows?

Mine will not change using either Jaws, System Access, or NVDA, no matter
what I do.

This is also the case on either the new Windows 8.1 box, or my old faithful
XP machine.

Any ideas about how to make it work?
