if you want a speaker mic or earpiece mic, they are ken wood standard. The reason they stopped working with that company is there is a chip in the radio that fails on from what I read every single one eventually and the chinese folks refuse to acknowledge there is a problem or honor warranty services. The baofeng ht’s are also ken wood standard for their speaker microphone connections.
