This is mostly for Don, WA2ICW and Mike KD2CDU, since both were recently 
asking about remote control of the 590.

While doing a google search on  a particular aspect of the 590, I came 
across this site:

There seems to be some stuff here about remote control of the rig using 
the ARCP-590and other Kenwood  software.   I don't know this guy, or 
anything about him.   I'm not saying anything he says is good or bad, 
just  offering the site for what it's worth.

Also for Don:  Looks like you can fine tune  signals using the mouse 
wheel or some other methods.   I remember that was a question you had.
