This is one of another seemingly endless stream of excuses for people's
behaviors.  People are trying to find reasons to justify the reason that most
blind people are not working and, of course, the best way is to find an excuse
that makes big business money.  I've not been hearing many commercials about
this but have been getting emails, phone calls, postmail mails, etc. where I
live in TX.
