Is anyone else hearing the CW beacon on 1.992 that is
sending 4pay followed by a few seconds of carrier?

The note has a bit of chirp and roughness, so I suspect it
may be a third harmonic of something in the long wave
region.

It is about 558 into my Mississippi QTH.
