Dave and I certainly use N1MM with JAWS. Having said that, I tend to put JAWS in sleep mode and rely on my Braille display.
this allows me to set the program up for each contest and configure CW messages.
Some of the configuration details around station set-up are difficult but you can do this by editing the .ini file.
As Dave says, there are plenty of knowledgeable and helpful people on the support list.
I really don't want a screen reader talking while I'm trying to copy stations, so using Braille to check and edit information is fine for me.
