Hi Scot: 

1ST up, you have to submit all your callsign info to ARRL and then they will send you a password to access your LOTW page. 
You then follow all the get started instructions to down the proper programs that 1 create your digitally signed certificate and 2 upload the cert. the program is TQSL. 
I never got the N3FJP AC log upload to work but all you do is upload your log through the LOTW page and that's it. 
Anyone else who uses LOTW, the system automatically matches your QSOs and tracks.
