there is lots on you tube of hams using moto turbo and it's really very good 
audio compared to other digital modes like DStar, provoice, apco25 etc.
It beats the pants off IRLP and echolink for clerity, and speed even over 
the internet.
Equipment isn't difficult to obtain either.
