Well, not me.  However a few years ago I worked KW6A who is now living 
in Tennessee.   A native of Japan, he had lived and operated from a few 
places in southeast Asia.   Sometime after moving to California, the FCC 
released the block of KW6 calls being held for Wake Island  and he was 
able to get KW6A.
