Its created disorder sets.  We've gotten fond of taking an existing disorder and
making a ramp of disorders to it just as we have by using "Meniere's syndrom"
when we don't have enough symptoms for "Meniere's disease".  We did the same
thing with "learning disabled" and "motoric disorder" in the '70s.  Its all just
a circle that comes and goes.
