Sorry if I didn't acknowledge your suggestion before, Ron, but it is a good
one.

Will keep it in my tool kit here for future reference.

I've turned off automatic updating in internet explorer 11, so hopefully,
that will help in the future as well.

Tom, again, I had the same problem, and I solved it by doing what I told you
in my previous post, i.e. go to tools menu, select the compatibility setting
and add that website to your compatibility settings. I think you will find
that you will be able to select what you need on the website after that. 

I had the same problem when trying to select radio buttons and other choices
on a website I manage. When I went into the tools menu in MS IE and selected
the compatibility settings and added the site I was having trouble with, it
fixed the problem.
