that isn't just a windows issue. I have similar issues on my macbook. The settings used in bulletin on that site need to be changed to enable accessibility features. I talked with the bulletin support team on this and they have already realized that some screen readers won't work with the basic default settings used on most websites.

I have tried with chrome, Safari (the default web browser for OS X) and even firefox. THe issues on all three under voiceover (the OS X screen reader) are the same across these browsers. I have get to check and see if my braille sense will work on that site. THis will be interesting to see what it does.
