Thank you Butch.  They come with those little pads and two little metal
clips of some sort that aren't used for this radio.  Thank you,

The last one I bought for the tmv-71 didn't come with the cushions any more,
came with some strange little plastic clip that I never figured out, so I
just made some pads out or of electrical tape.
