The flip side of not keeping up with the SMA's is that when you 
decide it is time, you will be charged for all of them anyhow!  We 
went through that at the office a couple of years ago - comes down to 
"pay me now or pay me later'!  So give the U a chance to catch up 
just before you leave Tom.
