Not earth shattering, but positive news...Just sharing....

I complete the surveys that come with restaurant receipts...like at Chicago Grill/ Uno's, PF Chang's, Carrabas, etc., whenever I get them.

I always thank them for having gf menus and for training their staff.  But I always have to "write in" that I come for their gf menu.

Today, I completed a PF Chang's, and for the very first time, GF was listed in several of the options...like meal selection, reason for coming, etc.  Never saw that before!

BTW...I love the relative new Shaking Beef that has been mentioned on the listserv.   

Long gone are the days when all we could get in restaurants was plain grilled chicken and steamed broccoli!
