Did anyone see the darling new commercial where a guy rides a bike around an old town with a tray on his head, piled high with bread?  

And just when you're wondering what the heck they're advertising,  a voice says something to the effect that DOW Solutions helps makes gluten-free bread so it doesn't taste like gluten-free bread.

Wow! We're really mainstream, even if haven't figured out what a chemical company has to do with gluten-free bread....
