I am biopsy diagnosed celiac, and my daughter who teaches overseas has been discouraged by her insurer from ordering the test because of the expense - they told her they have to ship her blood sample to the US for testing, yada yada yada.
It’s been a few years since she was screened.
She’ll be home soon for the holidays and I just checked an outfit here in Tucson re: cost of a celiac panel as a walk-in since she does not have a PCP here in the States. They want $500, which seems extreme.
Can anyone recommend how she can do this for less expense while here?
Thanks

Jack
