Inflamed my inner glute muscles. Was put on Qualitest Methylprednisolone 4mg med pack. Small doses compared to when I have asthma, or I'd have just taken my gf asthma pills. They expire soon anyway. I keep them for emergency attacks, which, thank goodness, are rare.

I called company, because it's not on glutenfreedrugs.com. They said the ingredients themselves do not inherently contain gluten but warn celiacs to call doc because they do not test and, as a generic, their vendors can change ingredients.

Boo hiss. But I'm taking my chances this time and hoping that one week, on fewer pills each day, won't hurt me.

The ortho PA who prescribed it said it is gf, so I'm going to send her a note.

The Mylan brand generic Flexeril is gf.

One of these days, we won't have to worry about glutening by drugs!
