I would like to ask if other celiac persons are as annoyed as I when
restaurants insist that public health codes do not allow them to make a sandwich
with the gluten free bread that I provide. I know that some of us are too
concerned about cross contamination to make such requests, but I am not
that sensitive. Can the public health concerns be so overwhelming that special
accommodations cannot be made in these circumstances? I am sure there are
other exceptions to many health codes, e.g., permitting service dogs in
eating establishments. Do others feel as I do and what can we do about changing
 such health codes?

Larry
