Overall, the concerns about mental health courts are:
    * Forced medication and/or civil commitment requirements
    * Lack of referral sources/mental health agencies for treatment mandates
    * Stigmatization
    * Longer "sentence" mandates
    * Over-criminalization of the mentally ill
    * Coercion to plead guilty
