I am one of those who has been having problems on the list because I am a user of "RR.COM".  I had the service guy out yesterday and he thinks he found my problem.  In my case, it was a bad line amplifier.  It seems that things may be better here for the moment.
I will be watching it for the next week to see what happens.  I hope the list will not dump me any more!!!!
