That's the thing that really confuses me at this point.

Alt S works on both my work laptop and work PC.  They each have Windows 7, 
and Outlook 2010.

Here at home, with this particular Windows 7 PC, Alt S does absolutely 
nothing.  In other words, the message stays as is, and goes nowhere.

The only thing I can think of is that somehow, there might be a conflicting 
command for another application, but I can't imagine what it might be, or 
how to dtermine whether the conflict exists.

It's just very strange.
