Hello Steve, the health news about killed me itself, Hi. I went from
hospice care to full cancer dormancy over a few seconds. The subject of
dormant cancer was never mentioned or discussed. I believe that it was
nothing short of a miracle.
As for my 480SAT, I got it from a friend who never really used it. He has
over 30 transceivers, including the new Flex 6700, and the Kenwood 590. The
reason that I bought it from him was strictly for six meters. I want to
have a dedicated station for six meters. With the 480 driving my legal
limit Commander amp, and my 9 element six meter M Square at about 80 feet, I
should do pretty well. Assuming that the band opens once in awhile, Hi.

Good deal Alan,
Glad it works. According to the manual, setting 67 is TX Tune. This
will throw the radio into a low power cw carrier for tuning a tuner or
amp.
BTW, congrats on the good health report you got recently. Hope you have
many more years to enjoy life and the hobby.
