Gary,

I'm only gonna make a slightly educated guess here, but what the Hell!  It 
might work.

I have a BrailleLite, hopefully the Millenium emulates these commands.

First, try holding down all 7 keys at power-on; this is a warm reset.
If that doesn't work, a cold reset might erase the password along with any 
data they have -- hold down I Chord at startup.
