We used the "Dream Pastry" recipe for pie crust from Betty Hagmans book.  It
turned out real good.  We were impressed with how well it handled and how good
it was.  It doesn't really compare with Grandma's pie crust that she does in her
wood burning stove but I haven't had one from anyone else that really compares
to her's either.
