Phil, our prayers are with you both.

It's a blessing that your family is so supportive and helpful.

Jackie

Subject: Sandy on Thursday

Sandy got home about 1 PM today. She is much better than last night but
these types of meds also make her sick to her stomach. Gretchen and Everett
have been a big help. I have done so much walking since a week ago, my back
really aches and bending over makes it worse. I am doing as much of the
laundry and other things Sandy needs, like getting and taking her
medications at various times, so I am doing what I can. Sandy was even
upset with how she was mentally last night but being over medicated with
pain killers sends most people into a loopy
state. The knee pain is not as bad as she thought if she keeps up with her
pain meds. Gretchen helped her getting to the bathroom using her walker and
she could probably do it on her own but I am going to help her until she is
confident about making it on her own. Thanks for your prayers.

Phil.
