David, their are two HF nets.  Neither of which is sponcered by Handy Hams.
They have daily HF nets that you can listen to with echo-link.
The two blind hams nets are 40 meters 7.191 at 20-00 UTC.  Sunday 14.258 at 
20-00 UTC.
Basically LSB is used on 40 meters and below, while 20 meters and up uses 
USB.
You will also hear interesting qso's in the 160 75 and 40 meter AM windows.
I forget if the ts-520 has an AM mode on it or not.
I always wanted one of those.
