Earlier today, my very good Friend, Al Brown, KZ3AB sent me this link http://www.arrl.org/files/file/ARES%20Audio%20Newsletter/ARRL%206-19-13.mp3 and asked me to make it available to other hams who are blind. He writes the audio script from the information on the ARES
E-Letter by Rick Palm, K1CE.

The voice you will hear is Tony Riggs, W1FHN.  Tony retired from
the "Voice of America" and was, indeed, the "Voice" on VOA
for a long time.
